Before returning any product to Digitalhosting.co.uk for ANY reason, please contact our sales department at 0871 2379 239 to obtain a Return Authorization Number. The RMA number must be prominently written on the returned package. Digitalhosting.co.uk will not accept returns without a RMA number nor assume return shipping costs. Digitalhosting.co.uk will refund your purchase if the product is returned within 1 week of receiving it and is in its original unopened packaging. Shipping charges are not refundable.
